Turn Pro on, in three steps
- Open Hemly from your Chrome toolbar and click Upgrade.
- Under “Already bought Pro?”, paste the key into the Licence key field.
- Press Activate. Pro switches on straight away.
Keep this key somewhere safe. If you lose it, the receipt you were emailed carries the same checkout reference, and this page turns it back into the key.
Your payment is still being confirmed
Nothing has gone wrong. Some payment methods — a bank transfer, SEPA, or a card that asked for a 3-D Secure confirmation — take longer to settle than a straight card charge. Your licence key is created the moment the payment is marked complete.

This page shows the licence key for a Hemly Pro purchase. You normally land on it
automatically the moment you have paid, and the address then carries
?checkout_id=ch_… along with a signature from our payment provider.
You are seeing this because there is no purchase in the address. If you have already paid, look up your key with the checkout reference from your receipt.
Find a key with your checkout reference
Our payment provider emails a receipt for every purchase. The checkout reference on it
starts with ch_ — paste it here and we will look the key up again. It is
the only thing this page ever sends anywhere.

Email yutianxianglz190419@gmail.com, quoting the checkout reference or the email address you paid with, and we will find the key by hand — we answer within 3 business days, and the Support tab on the Hemly listing in the Chrome Web Store reaches the same person. Refunds are 30 days, unconditional, and a subscription can be cancelled at any time from the customer-portal link in your receipt — the FAQ has both.
