1. What Hemly is
Hemly is a browser extension for people who sell on Vinted. It reads what a Vinted page has already rendered in your browser, adds the costs you type in, and shows what a sale nets you, how your price compares across markets, and what is in your wardrobe. It is read-only by design: it never posts, bumps, re-lists, edits prices, follows accounts or sends messages on your behalf.
The core is free. Some features belong to Hemly Pro, a paid plan, and every installation gets a 7-day trial of them that starts by itself — no card, no account. By installing or using Hemly you agree to these terms; if you do not, please uninstall it.
2. Your licence
Buying Hemly Pro gives you a licence key: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Hemly for your own selling — including as a business, if that is what you do — on the browsers and machines you personally use.
It does not cover reselling, sublicensing, renting out or publishing your key, or sharing it so one purchase serves several sellers; keys used that way can be deactivated. Please also do not circumvent the licence check or redistribute a modified build of the extension.
3. Payment, renewals and refunds
Purchases go through Paddle (paddle.com), the merchant of
record and therefore the seller for your transaction: they take the payment, calculate
and remit any VAT or sales tax, and issue your invoice. Prices are shown in euros with
tax applied at checkout for your country, and card details are entered on Paddle's own
pages — Hemly never sees or stores them.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel any time, from the link in your Paddle receipt or by asking us: the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for and nothing further is charged. The lifetime plan is a single payment with nothing to renew.
Refunds: 30 days, unconditional. Within 30 days of a payment you can have a full refund without giving a reason. Refunds go through Paddle, back to the card or account you paid with. This sits on top of — and takes nothing away from — any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer.
4. What Hemly does not promise
Hemly is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law gives you and we cannot exclude. In particular:
- Its figures depend on what Vinted has already rendered on the page and on fee rates we publish and re-check. Vinted can change its layout, fees or policies at any time, and Hemly may then show less — or hide its panel entirely — until an update lands.
- Nothing it shows is tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. It is arithmetic on the numbers in front of it; your records and tax returns remain yours to get right.
- We do not guarantee sales, profit, visibility, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
5. Not affiliated with Vinted
Unofficial — not affiliated with Vinted. Hemly is an independent tool built by a seller. "Vinted" is a trademark of its owner, used here only to describe what the tool works with. We are not endorsed by or connected to Vinted, and following Vinted's own terms while using their service remains your responsibility.
6. Your data
Hemly collects nothing about you: no account, no analytics, no server holding your figures — everything it calculates stays in your browser. The privacy policy is the complete and authoritative version of that, including the single licence-key check paid plans introduce.
7. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page changes with them and the effective date above is updated; material changes are described here before they take effect. Using Hemly after that date means the updated terms apply — if they do not suit you, stop using it and, within the refund window, ask for your money back.
8. Contact
Use the Support tab on the Hemly Chrome Web Store listing; we aim to reply within 48 hours. Billing questions can also go straight to Paddle, the seller of record.
