FAQ & support
Four answers cover nearly everything people write in. If yours is not here, reach us via the Support tab on the Hemly Chrome Web Store listing — we aim to reply within 48 hours.
The Hemly panel is not showing on my Vinted page
Almost always because Vinted changed its page layout, and Hemly no longer recognises where the price sits. When that happens the extension hides itself instead of drawing a broken panel or throwing an error at you — a silent panel is a symptom, not a crash.
Worth checking, in this order:
- Reload the page. Vinted is a single-page app and occasionally swaps content out from under the panel.
- Make sure it is your own listing. The profit panel only appears where you can edit the item, because it is your costs it is doing maths on.
- Make sure you are on a Vinted country domain (vinted.fr, vinted.de, vinted.pl and the other supported domains) and not in a private window with extensions disabled.
If it is still missing, it is on our side: layout fixes ship as a small update, usually within a few days, and no reinstall is needed. Telling us which page it was on (via the store listing's Support tab) makes that faster.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser, on your device — nowhere else. Your item costs, settings and wardrobe snapshot are written to the extension's local storage; there is no account, no sign-in and no server behind Hemly to send them to.
Two consequences worth knowing: your numbers do not follow you to another computer, and uninstalling the extension deletes them along with it. The full details are in the privacy policy.
How do refunds work?
Within 30 days of payment, you can have a full refund — unconditionally, no reason needed. Contact us via the Support tab on the store listing and we will start it.
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, and its payment partners, and go back to the card or account you paid with; the money usually lands within a few business days depending on your bank. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and keep working until the end of the period you already paid for. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own pages, so we never see or store them.
Paid features are not on sale yet — everything in Hemly is currently free. This is how it will work when they launch.
Is Hemly made by Vinted?
No. Unofficial — not affiliated with Vinted. Hemly is an independent tool built by a seller; "Vinted" is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe what the tool works with.
It is also deliberately read-only. Hemly reads what is already on your screen and does arithmetic with it. It never posts, bumps, re-lists, edits prices, follows accounts or sends messages for you — the kind of automation that gets Vinted accounts suspended is not a missing feature here, it is a decision.
